Branding irons vary in sizes based on the layout of your logo and what size you choose. All brands are a maximum of 0.47" thick.

Follow these steps for purchasing:

1) Send us the image

    • Send a high-resolution picture of your design, handwritten signature, etc. or you can pick from one of our templates shown in the listing images. If you have questions about your design please send it through the Contact Page
    • A design proof will be sent to your email for your approval

2) Select the size of your brand:

    • Select the size category you would like from the dropdown box. The size category you choose will determine the size that your design is scaled to without going larger than the size category chosen.

    • Ex: If your brand is 2.75" x 2" then you would need to pick the 2" x 3" brand from the dimension drop down box, Brands that are SMALLER THAN 2"x2" are to be used with very simple logo designs

3) Select Handle Type(optional):

    • If you want a regular handle or an electric iron see the links below(or select from the drop down box above). 
    • Regular Handle and Threaded Rod: To be manually heated with a torch or hot plate. See the video below for instructions on how to use the manual handle. 
    • 200-Watt Electric Handle: Works best for branding stamps smaller than 2"x3". See the video below for instructions on how to use the electric iron. This electric handle has an estimated 100 hour service life.
    • 300-Watt Electric Handle: Works best for branding stamps larger than 2"x3": See the video below for instructions on how to use the electric iron. This electric handle has an estimated 100 hour service life.
    • Industrial 200-Watt Electric Handle: For industrial customers who plan on using the electric branding iron everyday
    • Select No Handle and make your own handle with 3/8"-16 threaded rod
    • Custom thread sizes will cost $20 extra

4)  Proof Approval

    • You will receive a proof with the final design size via email for your approval. We will not move forward with your brand until you approve of the proof.
